Riverty offers you the opportunity to review your order upon receipt and decide if you want to keep it. You pay the invoice after 14 days.
If you are unable to pay the invoice within 14 days, you can suspend payment once via the MyRiverty app for 7 days. Please note, this can be done up to 13 days after receipt of the order. After that it is no longer possible to pause the payment.
If we have not received your payment after the 7 day suspension, we will send you a reminder by e-mail and/or SMS. This will warn you of an increase in collection costs if you don't pay on time. These collection costs will be charged automatically and will have to be paid by you.
The payment deadline is clearly stated in the invoice e-mail you receive. In addition, you will find the payment due date in MyRiverty or the Riverty app.
