To request a different size of your product, we advise you to contact the shop. The shop will tell you whether exchanging a product is possible and what steps you can take to do so.
The payment period of 14 days still applies
In case of an exchange, the 14-day payment term still applies. Make sure you pay on time, even if you have not yet received the product with the correct size at that time.
