It may happen that payment via MyRiverty or app fails. You can check your bank statement to see whether the payment has actually been made.
If the payment has failed, we recommend that you try via the iDEAL link in the payment overview that we sent you by email.
If this does not work, in extreme cases you can transfer the payment manually using the payment details from our payment overview.
