Are you returning the entire order?
Then you can register your return in the Riverty app or MyRiverty. Then we will know that we have to wait a while until the webshop has processed your return. Always follow the return instructions of the webshop. As soon as your return has been processed by the webshop and we have received a notification, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. Your invoice will then be adjusted in your overview.
Are you returning (a) part(s) of your order?
You can then select which items you want to return in the app or in MyRiverty. Then you can immediately pay for the products you keep, including any shipping costs. Do this within the period indicated in your payment overview. As soon as your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation from us by email and this will also be adjusted in your overview.
