Riverty takes care of the direct debit payments for EasyPark. You will receive a monthly invoice from us with all your parking transactions.
You will usually receive the invoice by email around the 2nd of the month. The payment will be debited from your account by direct debit around the 5th of the month.
If you want to use a different payment method, you can change this in the EasyPark App.
If you have any questions about your parking transactions, for example because you do not agree with a particular transaction, please contact EasyPark. They can change this for you and will then pass this on to Riverty.
