Already paid, why still an outstanding amount?
Sometimes you may receive a message in the EasyPark app that there is still an outstanding invoice or an outstanding amount.
Then check your payment with Riverty via our app or portal. If you see that the monthly invoice has been paid in full, you do not have to do anything. It sometimes takes a few days before the payment is visible in the EasyPark app. We advise you to wait for this.
You can still start a new parking transaction in the EasyPark app. It is not necessary to contact EasyPark for this.
