If you haven't paid everything yet, you can still pay the rest
If you have not yet paid your invoice in full or have only paid part of the invoice, you can easily pay the remaining amount.
Make sure you pay on time and avoid not being able to use Riverty anymore
Even if you have received an invoice for which collection costs have already been charged, we expect the invoice amount including collection costs. Have you paid the invoice but not yet the collection costs? In that case, you can pay the collection costs afterwards. This way you avoid that you will not be able to use postpay via Riverty for your next order.
You can easily check your payments in the Riverty app
If you are not sure whether your payments have been transferred correctly, we advise you to check your bank statement to see whether the payment has been debited. Read also: I have already paid, why do I receive a reminder? – Riverty Support
