Riverty does not always accept the post-pay option. We understand that it is frustrating for you if your order is refused.
What can you try to still be able to use Riverty's post-payment option?
- You can try placing an order for a lower amount or;
- Make sure you pay any other outstanding Riverty invoices first before ordering again or;
- When placing your order, make sure you enter all your details correctly or;
- Choose as your delivery address the address where you live and no other delivery address
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a new order will succeed via subsequent payment
Despite the above attempts, it is still not possible to opt for post-payment via Riverty? Unfortunately, there is nothing more we can do for you. Our customer service does not have any insight into why post-payment is not accepted. It is therefore not necessary to contact us about this.
