You can reverse the payment through your bank within 8 weeks, but this often causes extra work and you risk the invoice being increased with collection fees. Have you returned something? We will process the payment as soon as the webshop confirms it. Do you disagree with the invoice? Please contact the webshop. Unsure if the payment was successful? Then check your bank statement.

If you have chosen direct debit, it is no longer possible to select another payment method.
Up to 8 weeks after the direct debit, you can reverse the payment through your own bank. If you do this, we will send you payment reminders requesting that you pay the amount to us yourself. The invoice still needs to be paid by you.
A reversal often causes extra work for both you and us.
A reversal, also called a chargeback, is often not the best choice. You will receive payment reminders asking you to transfer the amount yourself, and there is a risk of collection fees in case of late payment.
What is the best thing to do?
- You have returned a product:
No worries. Once the webshop confirms this, we will adjust the outstanding invoice amount or refund the overpaid amount. You don’t need to take any action. - You disagree with the invoice:
First, contact the webshop where you placed your order. The webshop can provide an explanation or resolve the issue. - You are unsure if the payment was successful:
In that case, check your bank statement. If you are still unsure, contact our customer service. We will gladly check with you and assist further.
