Sometimes a direct debit fails. Below you can read about the most common causes and the best thing to do.
Failed direct debit
- There is insufficient balance or;
- The collector (Riverty) is blocked or;
- A manual reversal has been made by the customer himself or;
- A maximum collection amount has been set or;
- The direct debit has been refused or reversed (reversed)
Missed a payment, now what?
In the above cases, it is important that you contact your own bank to find out how you can ensure that the next direct debit is successful.
It is important that you pay your invoice yourself
