Have you not received an e-invoice? First check whether you are expecting one. E-invoices are only delivered to Belgian B2B customers who are correctly registered on the Peppol network. If you are registered with VAT-number, you will not receive in e-invoice.
Check step by step:
- Are you a Belgian B2B company?
- Are you registered on the Peppol network?
- Is your registration linked to your company registration number?
If you still cannot find the invoice, check your accounting software or contact your accountant. The invoice is usually not visible in your email inbox.
