We will send all invoices to the e-mail address you provided when you ordered your items. Sometimes this takes several days.
When you log in to MyRiverty you'll see an overview of all open orders, under the heading 'Orders'. If you want to download an invoice of one of your orders, press 'manage your order'. Scroll down and at the bottom of the payment details you will see an underlined phrase 'Download a copy'. Click to see the original invoice.
Go to 'All' in the app and select the purchase to download the invoice. Scroll down and go to payment details, then your payment summary will appear. Click on the link: 'View your payment summary in PDF'. If you click on the 3 vertical dots at the top right, you'll see an option to download your invoice.
Did you receive the invoice earlier but you couldn't find the email with the payment overview anymore? In that case, you can log in to the Riverty app or MyRiverty. In here you'll always find an up-to-date overview of all your orders and payments through Riverty.
