If you log in but don’t see your purchases, invoices, or returns, this can usually be solved with a quick check of your login details and region settings.

Check your email address
Make sure you are logging in with the same email address you used when making your purchase. -
Verify your region and language
If you still don’t see any invoices, go to the Profile page in the app and check your Region and language settings.- Ensure that the correct country (market) is selected.
- If it’s not correct, log out and choose the right market before logging in again.
