The invoice amount may differ for the following reasons:
- Your return has not been processed or;
- An unprocessed discount following a returned product or;
- Return costs charged by the webshop or;
- A discount is missing from your invoice.
Contact the webshop to adjust your invoice
If the outstanding amount on your invoice is not correct, we advise you to contact the webshop where you placed your order. The webshop can adjust your invoice.

Your invoice will be adjusted automatically
When the shop has updated your invoice, we will automatically receive a message and your invoice will be updated. You do not have to do anything else.
