Are you returning the entire order?
You can register your returned order in the Riverty app or MyRiverty. Then we will pause your payment statement for 14 days. Always follow the webshops return instructions. Once your returned item has been processed by the webshop and we have received notification of this, we will send you a confirmation email.
Returning a part of your order?
You can select which items you are returning in the app or MyRiverty. Then you can pay directly for the products you will keep, including any shipping and service charges. It's important that you do this within the period indicated in your payment overview. As soon as your returned item has been processed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Did you not receive a confirmation after 2 weeks? We recommend you to contact the webshop to make sure your returned item has arrived. Please use your return receipt.
Have you returned items but it hasn't been processed before the payment date? Feel free to send a message to our customer service, so we can pause your payment.
