You can only add returned items to your invoice within the first 30 days of billing.
Due to technical limitations, we only accept one returned item per invoice. If you have already added a returned item to your invoice, a second returned item is not possible.
As long as you adhere to the webshops return policy, you can still submit a returned item through the webshop. As soon as we receive notification from the webshop, we will update the payment overview. If you have already paid for the order in full, we will refund the overpayment within 14 days.
