There may be several reasons why you cannot register a return via our Riverty App:
- You can only add returned items to your invoice within the first 30 days of billing.
- Due to technical limitations, we only accept one returned item per invoice. If you have previously reported a return via the app, this is no longer possible for a second, third, etc. return.
As long as you adhere to the webshop's return policy, you can still return items to the webshop. As soon as the webshop confirms that your return has been received, we will update the invoice. If you have already paid for the order in full, we will refund the overpaid amount within 10 days.
