Have you received a package but didn’t order anything yourself? First, check if someone close to you placed the order. Do you suspect fraud? Please fill out our form so we can investigate.
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Check if someone else placed the order
- Ask your housemates or family members if they placed an order using your name and/or address.
- Sometimes an order is placed by a partner, child, or roommate who forgets to mention it.
- If that's the case, make sure the order is paid for, and that your housemate or family member uses their own information when placing future orders.
Step 2: Do you recognize the webshop or the order?
- Check if you recognize the name of the webshop for which Riverty is sending the invoice.
- Double-check whether you might have placed the order yourself but simply forgot.
- If it turns out you did place the order, please make sure to pay the invoice on time.
Step 3: Do you still suspect fraud?
- Can’t find out who placed the order?
- Don’t recognize the webshop or the order? Then it might be a case of address and/or identity fraud.
Step 4: Fill out our fraud report form
- Riverty takes the misuse of personal and/or address data seriously.
- To properly investigate, we need some additional information.
