The preamble
Did you receive a request to pay? Riverty always addresses you personally. Our messages always start with your first name and/or last name. Is there a general salutation? Then be alert!
Your open orders
Do you want to be sure whether you have any outstanding payments with Riverty? Then use the Riverty app or MyRiverty. Here you will always find the most current status of your payments.
Language errors in the email
Our e-mail messages are composed with care. Do you receive an email with many language or spelling errors? Then be alert!
