If you accidentally responded to a fake email or phishing email, it is important to take action.
- Have you entered a password? We recommend to change the password as soon as possible.
- Declare a digital report with the police. This increases the chance that the bank will freeze the account in question and return the money to the victims where possible.
- Have you transferred money? Report it to the bank in question, so that the bank can freeze the account in question.
