You can submit a written request for this via customercare@riverty.nl. The relevant department will process your request.
Don't forget to send a copy of your ID.
Urgent! The photo and BSN number of your ID must be shielded and/or illegible. If we receive an ID with a photo and BSN number, we are obliged to destroy it immediately and we can't process your request.
For Belgium

Please note that your passport photo and national number must be masked and/or unreadable. If we receive an ID with passport photo and National Number, we are obliged to destroy it immediately and cannot process your request.
