I want to change an employee’s details in an EasyPark Business account.

For the Netherlands and for Belgium

As the administrator of a business account, you can change these details yourself. Unfortunately, Riverty cannot do this for you.

Follow these steps to update an employee’s details:

  • Log in to the Self-Service Portal.

  • Select ‘Users’.

  • Click on the relevant employee.

  • Click on the three dots next to the user. A list of options will appear.

  • Select ‘Edit user’.

  • Change the details you want to update.
