If you miss a payment term, this amount will be added to the next term. You will receive a reminder email and an app notification 2 days later. No additional costs will be charged at that time. If you pay a missed payment before the next installment is due, we will not charge any collection costs. If we have not received your payment after 90 days, we will charge collection costs.
If you have still not paid the arrears, your Pay in 3 will be forwarded to our collection agency Riverty Services Netherlands B.V. At that time, it is important that you contact the collection agency immediately to make a payment appointment. In addition to collection costs, the collection agency also charges statutory interest. You can also activate a payment arrangement yourself via the consumer portal on the collection agency's website.
