If you report and/or return an order via the webshop, we will be informed of this. Then we will process this directly in your account statement. This will be visible in your next term. The next period will be reduced by the amount of the returned items. Have you returned your entire order? Then we will let you know and your Pay in 3 invoice will expire.
Example: you have already paid one instalment (most common)
You have an order of €900, divided into 3 instalments of €300.
You return €100.
- Instalment 1: €300 → already paid
- Instalment 2: €300 → becomes €200
- Instalment 3: €300 → remains €300
Example: you have not paid anything yet
You have an order of €900, divided into 3 instalments of €300.
You return €100.
- Instalment 1: €300 → becomes €200
- Instalment 2: €300 → remains €300
- Instalment 3: €300 → remains €300
