It is possible to add new orders to Flex.
In your account, click on 'manage your order' to add an order.
Please pay attention to when you want to add an order and for what amount.
You can only add an order with an amount that does fit within the credit limit to Flex. This is possible from the invoice date until the date of the second reminder. Once you reach your credit limit, it is no longer possible to add the order to Flex. This also applies to invoices for which collection costs have already been charged.
