Have you applied for a Flex credit but would still like to cancel it? This article tells you how to do so.
Within 14 days of signing the Flex contract:
- Go to the Riverty app
- Click on the “Flex” button in the menu
- Click on the “Cancel” option
We will then make sure the contract is canceled. The order you placed will be returned to the normal billing process.
After 14 days of signing the Flex contract:
- Discharge the full outstanding balance. You can read how to do that here.
- When you have paid off your fully outstanding balance you can terminate your contract via the Riverty app
