This article will tell you more about how to cancel your Flex credit.
Within 14 days of signing:
- Go to the app
- Find the cancellation option in the Flex page
- Perform the cancellation action, we will cancel the contract and the account will be close
- After cancelling your Flex credit, your orders will be returned to the normal billing process.
After 14 days:
- Pay off your remaining balance
- Contact our customer service team to close the account
Please note that after cancellation of the Flex credit, you can no longer add new invoices to Flex.
