Through the Riverty app or the Riverty web app, you can add an order to your Flex credit. Now it can happen that this still fails. This may be due to one of the following reasons;
- The invoice was sent more than 14 days ago
- You are in arrears
- When there is a delay in payment, it is not possible to add orders to the Flex credit.
- Webshop is not affiliated with Riverty Flex
- Not all webshops that offer payment via Riverty also have the option to offer the Flex credit to consumers
- Your credit limit has already been reached
- An order may be rejected because you have exceeded your credit limit.
