How do I change my IBAN? - Flex

For    the Netherlands

Are you already using Flex but would like to change the bank account number registered with us? Then follow these steps:

1. Go to the Riverty app or MyRiverty
2. Go to “Profile"
3. Go to your details
4. Click on the “Change IBAN” button
5. Enter the full bank account number and click “Confirm”
6. Choose “Continuous Direct Debit Authorization” to activate direct debit
7. Confirm the direct debit mandate

After you have saved the change, the next instalment will be debited from the new account number. We advise you to keep an eye on this. You remain responsible for the timely payment of the Flex Credit instalment.
