I have not received my order, but the webshop has declared bankruptcy
If the webshop has declared bankruptcy while your order has not yet been delivered, we ask you to notify us by e-mail. We will pause your order for 60 days to investigate. You can contact us again if you didn't receive an update from us after 60 days.
I have paid for my order, but the webshop has declared bankruptcy
Did you pay the webshop? Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you. The payment terms - which you agreed to when placing the order - clearly explain that you can only pay to Riverty. Therefore we request you to pay the invoice to us and request for a refund from (the conservator of) the webshop. To do this, go to the Central Insolvency Register https://insolventies.rechtspraak.nl/#!/ and enter the name of the webshop under ''Search legal entity/trade name'' in company name. If there is a bankruptcy, the name and contact details of the appointed conservator are also mentioned here.
I have returned my order, but the webshop has declared bankruptcy
Did you return (a part of) the order to the webshop after the webshop was declared bankrupt? Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you. We recommend you to pay the invoice to us to avoid extra collection costs and to reclaim the returned items from (the receiver of) the webshop. To do so, go to the Central Insolvency Register https://insolventies.rechtspraak.nl/#!/ and enter the name of the webshop in the "Search legal entity/company name" field.
If you're still planning to return your order, we strictly recommend you not to do so. Did you return your order before the webshop went bankrupt? Please send us your return slip by e-mail so that we can submit it to the webshop.
