For the Netherlands
It is important to us that you are satisfied. After you have paid Riverty, you may want to order from the webshop again. Nevertheless, you may disagree with the invoice or perhaps not with the way we handle your invoice or how we communicate with you. What is the difference between an objection and a complaint?
What is an objection?
You may disagree with the invoice. For example, because you have returned the article you ordered or have already paid (part of) it. In that case, we advise you to send us proof of this as soon as possible so that we can deal with your objection.
Examples of an objection
Examples of an objection could be;
- I have returned the order and now I receive an invoice
- I returned part of the order and now I receive an invoice for the full amount
- I have already paid the invoice but I keep receiving payment reminders
- I have already paid the invoice but now I get collection charges
- I disagree with the collection charges
What is a complaint?
If you are not satisfied with Riverty's billing process or with the way you were treated by a customer service representative, you can make a complaint. A complaint is different from an objection. With an objection you disagree with the invoice and with a complaint you disagree with Riverty's conduct.
Examples of a complaint
Examples of a complaint may include;
- Riverty has demonstrably charged collection fees unfairly
- Riverty does not respond to my complaint
- Riverty does not comply with laws and regulations
- A Riverty employee did not speak to me in a customer-friendly manner
It is important to always report the complaint to Riverty first and wait for the complaint to be dealt with. You will not receive any reminders in the meantime. First assess whether the complaint is justified or not. If you disagree with the outcome of the complaint, you can have the complaint reviewed by KiFiD.
If you do not have a complaint but have a question about your invoice, a return or delivery
If you have a question about the topics listed below, we recommend using Riverty Support. All information and answers to your questions can be found here;
