Payment for your Flex credit is as follows.
Direct debit
A payment for a Flex account is made by direct debit. When you place an order through Flex, you've already chosen a monthly amount, which will be deducted each month from the account number you specified.
Where can I find my monthly payment?
You can find your monthly amount via the Riverty app or the Riverty Web app in several places, namely:
- Via Orders
- Via your personal payment plan
- Through the summary
Changing the monthly amount
Under certain circumstances you can choose to change your monthly payment amount. Paying more per month will pay off your credit sooner.
Please note that paying less means it will take you longer to repay your loan and therefore you will pay more interest.
To change your monthly amount, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Riverty app or Web app
- Click the “Flex” button in the menu.
- Go to the “Orders” heading.
- You choose the amount you want to pay monthly
Overview of events
Under the heading “Payment Plan” you will see an overview of events with dates of your Flex orders and changes.
