If you have paid too much, we will refund this amount to your account
It is possible that a credit arises because you have paid too much or have accidentally paid an invoice twice. Or that you have already paid for an order and returned part of it. In that case, we will refund the overpaid amount to your account.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account
The processing time of a refund can take up to 10 working days, so we kindly ask you to wait for the payment.
You can easily check your payments in the Riverty app
