It may happen that you have paid (manually), but still receive a payment reminder. This can be for several reasons:
- Processing a payment takes a few days or;
- Your payment may have been received at the same time as the payment reminder was sent or;
- The payment is for another order or;
- Due to a technical error, your payment via iDEAL/Bancontact has not been linked to your invoice.
Didn't you receive a payment confirmation after a few days? Then we recommend you to send us the payment details, preferably a screen print of your proof of payment. We can check whether your payment has been received and link it to your invoice.
If the payment concerns another order, we will ask you to still pay for the order.
