We automatically check whether an email address is entered correctly. Sometimes we offer suggestions or tips to help you use the correct format. However, we can't detect every mistake.
Do you see a message saying your email address is invalid? Try the following:
Check that there’s no space before or after your email address.
Are you using the Riverty app? Make sure you have the latest version. If not, delete the app and reinstall it.
If there are many login attempts at the same time, it might take a little longer before you receive the email with your one-time verification code. The code is valid for 10 minutes, so be patient and enter it as soon as the email arrives.
