Didn't receive an email with the verification code? There may be several reasons for this:
Check your spam filter. Our emails might be blocked. Go to the 'Junk Email' section in your email settings and look under ‘Blocked senders and domains’. Do you see any of the following addresses listed?

If so, remove them from the list and add them to your ‘Safe senders’. You should start receiving our emails again after that.Check for typos. Didn’t receive an order confirmation from the webshop either? Then you may have made a mistake when entering your email address during checkout.
Do you use multiple email addresses? It’s possible we sent the code to a different address than you expected. We recommend checking your other email accounts as well.
Are you ordering with an Apple ID account? If so, it’s possible our emails aren't delivered to the masked Apple email address.
Is your inbox full? New emails can’t be delivered if your mailbox is at capacity. Your email provider usually notifies you when this happens. Clear some space and try again.
