If your passkey is not working, you can always sign in with an e-mail code.
Select E-mail code during sign-in and open your account as usual. After that, you can restore or remove your passkey under Sign-in options → Passkeys. This allows you to set up a new passkey easily.
If your fingerprint, face or PIN does not work, try again or use your device PIN.
Sometimes it helps to lock your device and unlock it again. If it still does not work, choose to sign in with an e-mail code.
Check your device settings and set up your passkey again.
Make sure your biometrics are set correctly and add a new passkey if needed:
Go to Sign-in options, then Passkeys, and select Add passkey.
