If your device with a passkey is lost or stolen, you can still sign in on another device using an e-mail code.
After signing in, remove the passkey from your lost device to keep your account safe. Go to Sign-in options → Passkeys and delete the old passkey. Then add a new one on your new device.
You can always sign in with an e-mail code on another device.
If you have lost both your device and access to your e-mail, contact our customer service. We will help you with an identity check to confirm you are the owner of the account. After that, we will restore your access in a secure way. Without a device and without e-mail, we cannot confirm your identity automatically.
Removing the old passkey and adding a new one keeps your account protected.
