Do you need more time to pay? Then you can use the pause function in the Riverty app and in de Riverty Web App.
Below you can see an overview of how many days you can pause for free or for a fee.

Important information:

You can only pause if you have not yet received a payment reminder with collection costs.

Monthly invoices cannot be paused.

Once you have paused the order, you can no longer register it as a return.
