Sometimes the order is still on its way and has not yet been received by you
We automatically receive a message from the webshop when the invoice can be sent after the order has been sent to the delivery company. It is therefore possible that the invoice arrives before the order is delivered.
Riverty takes care of the invoicing of your order, but not the delivery of your order
When placing the order, you have chosen to pay via Riverty (Buy Now, Pay Later). This means that the webshop sends the items and you pay the invoice to Riverty after 14 days after receiving your order.
Please contact the webshop to check the status of the delivery of your order
If you do not receive your order within a few days, please contact the webshop where you placed the order directly. After all, they have sent the order to you. The details of the webshop can be found at the bottom of our emails under the heading "Questions about your order, delivery or returns?"
Make sure you have contacted the webshop before the final payment date and pay the invoice to Riverty to avoid any collection costs.
