All our invoices include VAT and meet legal requirements. The VAT amount is clearly stated on the invoice.
Where can I find my invoice?
1. In the app
You can easily download your invoice via our app:
- Open the app and go to the ‘All’ tab
- Select the order for which you need the invoice
- click on 'Download invoice'
2. In your email
Once your order has been shipped by the webshop, you’ll receive an email with the subject:
‘Your invoice XXXX for {webshop name} is ready’
In this email, you'll find:
- A button: ‘Open invoice’
- A link: ‘Download invoice (PDF)’
3. For monthly invoices
Are you using monthly billing via Riverty?
You can find your monthly invoices in the Riverty app.
