Can you no longer pause your payment period via the Riverty App or MyRiverty? Then the pause period has expired. You can only pause your payment period within 14 days of receiving your invoice. After 14 days, pausing is no longer possible.
Do not miss your payment due date to avoid possible collection costs
Please take into account any collection costs that we charge if payment is not made before the payment due date.
