Riverty takes care of invoicing your order
When you placed your order with a webshop, you chose to pay afterwards via Riverty (Buy Now, Pay Later). This means that you receive the items from the webshop and pay the invoice to Riverty only 14 days after receiving your order. We will send you the invoice and any payment reminders by e-mail.
If payment is not made on time, we will send a payment reminder.
If payment is not made within 14 days, we will send you a payment reminder by e-mail. If you still do not pay the invoice after this payment reminder, we will send a second payment reminder. In addition, collection costs will then be charged for the second time.
Collection costs based on the Collection Costs Act (WIK)
When your payment is not received on time, we charge extra costs, which we call collection costs. Riverty may charge these costs based on the Collection Costs Act (WIK), which sets the maximum amount of collection costs.
