To use the Riverty app, you must download it first. You can download the app in the App Store (IOS) or Play Store (Android).
Follow these steps to log into the app:
- Enter your email address which u used when you ordered the items and agree with the terms and conditions
- You'll receive an email with a login link. Open your email and click on the link in the email you received
- The link will lead you back to the app and you'll see an overview of all your orders. Now you are ready to use the app!
Note: you will only see the orders you've made with the email address you entered.
Also, use Face ID or Touch ID to log in to the app, this eliminates the hassle of remembering passwords or PINs. Also turn on the push notifications in the settings, this will receive handy updates about your orders.
