1. First, download the Riverty app
The app is free to download via:
- App Store (iOS)
- Google Play Store (Android)
2. Enter your email address
Open the app and enter the email address you use for your Riverty account.
Don’t have an account yet? No problem! Enter the email address you want to use.
Then tap Continue.
3. Enter the one-time verification code you receive by email
You will receive an email with a one-time verification code. This code is valid for 10 minutes.
Enter the code in the app and tap Continue.
Note: Never share this code with anyone. Riverty will never ask for it.
4. You are now logged in
After entering the code, you will be taken directly to your account. Here you can see an overview of your orders.
You will only see the orders linked to the email address you entered.
Extra tips:
- Faster login with Face ID or Touch ID Enable this in your app settings for quick and secure login.
- Turn on push notifications This way, you’ll stay updated on your order status and notifications.
