To create a Riverty account, you first place an order with an online store. You choose Riverty as a payment method to pay for the order afterwards.
Once you received your order, Riverty will also send you an email with a payment summary. Click on "log in with Riverty" in the payment summary, request a login link and you will immediately receive a unique link to log in with MyRiverty.
It is also possible to install the Riverty app. You only need your email address after installation to log in to the Riverty app. Open the app, enter the email address you used to make your orders with Riverty and we'll send you a login link. After the first login, you'll only need Face ID or Touch ID to access the app.
