You can only log in if you at least placed one order for which you have chosen to pay later with Riverty. Did you use the e-mail address that is associated with your order? To log in, it is necessary that you use the e-mail address that you provided with your order. You can find this e-mail address in the payment summary we sent you by e-mail.
Did you log into the online store with your Apple ID?
When you sign in with your Apple ID, we receive an encrypted email address with your order. This means that we cannot reach you at that address. Would you like to verify this email address and provide us with your own email address? You can find it on the payment summary you received from us by email.
