Riverty takes care of the invoicing of your order
When placing the order, you have chosen to pay via Riverty (Buy Now, Pay Later). This means that you receive the items and only pay the invoice to Riverty after 14 days after receiving your order.
If you do not pay on time, we will send payment reminders
If we have not received the payment before the payment date, we will send payment reminders. This warns you of an increase in collection costs if you do not pay on time. We will charge you these collection costs in two steps.
What are collection costs?
If someone does not pay an invoice or does not pay it on time, Riverty is in arrears. In that case, Riverty has to do extra work to collect the invoice. We can recover the costs for this from the consumer. Our collection costs are calculated according to the Wet Incassokosten and are charged step by step.
