With Riverty, you can receive and review your order before paying. You have 14 days to decide whether to keep the products. Can’t pay right now? You can (partially) return your order, postpone your payment date, or get help through our Financial Academy.
Prefer to pay right away? You can easily do so via the Riverty app.

Riverty offers you the option to review your order after delivery
You can take your time to check your ordered products and decide whether you want to keep them. You only pay the invoice after 14 days. It is not possible to arrange a payment plan for your outstanding balance.
Unable to pay at the moment? Here’s what you can do:
1. You can return your order
If you are unable to pay right now, we recommend contacting the webshop. You may still be able to return the order (or part of it). You can then place a new order later when you are able to pay.

2. You can postpone your payment

3. Are you really unable to pay due to financial difficulties?

Here you can read what it means to have excessive debt and which steps you can take. We also offer budget coaching. Our budget coaches will review your income and expenses with you and calculate the amount you have left each month. Together, you can create a plan to repay your creditors.
Do you need debt counselling because your debts are too high? In that case, and in consultation with you, we will contact the NVVK to transfer your case to a debt counsellor who can support you further.
4. Do you still want to pay your invoice within 14 days?
Prefer to pay straight away? With the Riverty app or the Riverty web app, you can pay quickly and easily via iDEAL or Bancontact.

For Belgium
Unfortunately we cannot offer you a payment plan for this invoice. Riverty offers you the opportunity to review your order upon receipt and decide if you want to keep it. You pay the invoice after 14 days.
If you are unable to pay the invoice within 14 days you can suspend payment once via the Riverty Web app or the Riverty app for 7, 14 or 21 days. Please note, this can be done up to 13 days after receipt of the order.
After that, postponement of payment is no longer possible. If we have not received your payment after 7, 14 or 21 days of postponement, we will send you a reminder by e-mail and/or SMS. This will warn you of an increase in collection costs if you do not pay on time. These collection costs will be charged automatically and will have to be paid by you.
You can pay quickly and easily via Bancontact with the Riverty App or Web app.
