Did you accidentally enter the wrong payment reference when making a manual transfer?
No worries! Here’s what you can do to resolve the issue.
1. Check your payment
Log into your online banking and verify the following details:
- The amount you transferred
- The payment date
- The account number you transferred the amount to
- The (incorrect) payment reference you used
2. Contact us

- Call our customer service – we can look up your payment and quickly link it to the correct account. Please have your payment details ready.

Email our customer service – be sure to include the following information in your message:
- Your name
- The transferred amount
- The payment date
- The account number you transferred the amount to
- The (incorrect) payment reference used
- Your customer or invoice number
Important: Please also attach proof of payment (a screenshot or PDF from your bank). This will speed up the process.
3. We will manually link your payment to your Riverty account
As soon as we can match your payment to the correct account, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. You don’t need to take any further action.
