Riverty offers you the opportunity to view your order at your leisure after receipt and decide whether you want to keep the products. You only pay the invoice after 14 days.
Are you unable to pay the invoice within 14 days?
In that case, you can postpone payment of the invoice. We call this "pause". Please note! You can do this up to 13 days after receipt of the order. After that time, it is no longer possible to defer payment of your invoice.
How can I pause my invoice?
You can pause your invoice yourself via the app or MyRiverty. The PDF at the bottom of this page shows how to do this using the app.
How often can I pause my invoice?
You can pause an invoice once. It is therefore not possible to pause the invoice again if you have already done so. After that, we expect the invoice amount on our account.
With how many days can I pause my invoice?
An invoice can be paused by up to 7 days. We do not charge a fee for this.
When is deferred payment no longer possible?
Deferring payment of your invoice is no longer possible once the 14 days after receipt of the invoice have passed.
