Riverty automatically refunds any overpayment within 10 working days.
This happens, for example, if you already paid and then returned (part of) your order, or if you accidentally paid twice. The refund will be made to the bank account you used for the payment.

When will I get my money back?
Riverty refunds the overpaid amount within 10 working days if:
You already paid, but returned (part of) your order
You accidentally paid the same invoice twice
The refund is made automatically to the bank account you used for payment.

What if I paid twice?
No worries. If you accidentally paid the same invoice twice, we will automatically refund the extra amount. You don’t need to take any action.
