For the Netherlands and for
Belgium
With direct debit you give Riverty permission to collect money from your account to pay your invoice.
This can be a one-time payment or part of a recurring payment, depending on your purchase. Once you have granted Riverty the authorization, you don’t have to take any further action yourself. That’s why it’s called a “direct debit.”
If a direct debit fails, you can make the payment yourself to avoid collection fees.
Please note: Riverty is not responsible if the direct debit fails, for example due to insufficient funds or a bank error. In such cases, we advise you to make the payment yourself via the Riverty app or the Riverty Web app. This way, you avoid receiving payment reminders or the risk of incurring collection fees for a late payment.
